Có 2 loại Office 2019:
- Office 365 installed sẳn trong Windows khi mua laptop hay desktop mới thi chỉ xài được 1 năm, sau đó nếu tiếp tục xài phải trả $99.00/năm cho Microsoft - Không có CD-KEYs nào hay keygen hay activator nào xài được. Nếu không muốn xài thì phải uninstall Office 365 trước rồi mới install loại Office 2019 Pro Plus.
- Office 2019 Pro hay Pro Plus thì có thể xài KMSpico Activator 10.1+ để activate tất cả Windows OS 7,8,10 và Office 2010, 2013, 2016 và 2019
